Alisha doesn't feel beautiful. She doesn't feel cool, like the popular kids in her school. But after being given a unique bright red lipstick, she's whooshed through a portal onto a magical adventure. Her journey takes her to the mid-west in the United States and then to South Africa, India, South America, England, and Australia. Kids from each of these countries give her a glimpse of true beauty and coolness. And, it's not what she thought it was!
