Rachel and Kristy are thrilled to be attending the graduation of Rachel's cousin Ivy. The girls can't wait to watch Ivy walk cross the stage and collect her diploma. Trouble is afoot, however - Jack Frost has stolen Chelsea the Congratulation Fairy's three magic objects. Without them, no one can celebrate special milestones. Ivy's graduation will be ruined!
