Synopsis

Have you ever seen a pair of mysterious eyes staring at you through the trees on a twilit afternoon? Gunnar Shuck did, and no one believed him when the creature they belonged to set fire to his family' s crops and forced them to move away from their Tennessee farm home. Now the teenaged cryptid hunter finds himself in Raspberry Hill, Pennsylvania, where Levi Mortenson, the eccentric owner of the Curiosity Shop, may be his only hope of finding the answers. He claims to catch unusual creatures such as the one Gunnar encountered, so if anyone knows about it, it's him. However, Mortenson has his own monsters and secrets, and before long, one of them is knocking on his door, demanding payment, or his life. Will Gunnar be able to save his new mentor from impending death? Join him on his journey to unravel this and a myriad of other mysteries!
