Synopsis

When eighty-year-old Frank Whitaker receives a mysterious letter from his late wife urging him to visit the Destiny Inn, he has nothing left to lose. Recently widowed and consumed by sorrow, he agrees-if only to honor her final wish. But Destiny Inn isn't just another getaway on the coast of Maine. It's a place where lost things return, letters appear when they're needed most, and healing comes in the most unexpected ways. There, Frank meets Daniel Scott, a father drowning in guilt, and Daniel's daughter Charley, a child whose belief in small miracles may be the only thing keeping her family from falling apart. As letters mysteriously appear in the inn's wooden cubbies, Frank realizes his wife's messages aren't only for him-they're a chance to help another family find their way back to love before grief takes them all under. Tender, moving, and filled with quiet magic, The Enchanted Cubbies of Destiny reminds us that love never truly dies-it only changes the way it reaches us.
