Synopsis

Taken in as a small child, Dani faced life's hard truths early when her mother left her in the care of her closest friend, Queen Clara Demontier, and her family. Forced to endure salacious gossip, the pangs of friendships gone awry, and the woes of navigating life wondering why her mother left her, Dani finally finds her chance to make a name for herself in the Gauntlet.
