Synopsis
While on a quest to find her missing parents, Summer Candella, discovers her heritage in an enchanted cemetery, in upstate New York. She meets her alluring new neighbors, Doug and Gérard, who have secrets of their own. They're trying to keep her alive for the 700th anniversary of Mount Mort, at least until the end of Samhain.Gérard is a master vampire and president of the Preternatural Regime. As an original knight of the Courte D'Amore, he is set in his chivalrous uncanny ways that clash with Summer's quirks, leaving the mysterious Doug to pick up the pieces and steer them in the right direction, whatever that may be.But no matter what differences exist, Summer must overcome preconceptions and make life altering decisions to sacrifice or save the people she loves.
