Who did the head belong to? Where were the eyes? Not questions Thimble Pennywhistle expected to ask upon arriving in Undercity Rardell. Unfortunately for him, they were only the beginning. A brutal murder in a prominent family and the chilling abduction of a young child have thrown the city into chaos. A cryptic and harrowing message taunts the city's protectors while recurring nightmares torment the populace.
