This is the fourth in a series of nine novels based on the television series "Get Smart". This book explains that the secret government agency called CONTROL, has acquired the "Little Black Book" of the villainous group known as KAOS. With this information CONTROL agents Maxwell Smart, and Agent 99, are charged with the task of entering the KAOS locations, and planting a small explosive. However KAOS also has the "Little Black Book" of CONTROL. And KAOS are in turn, about to destroy all the CONTROL locations. It becomes a race to see whom can complete their mission first and vanquish the others. This fourth book was released in September 1966.
