Synopsis

A commercial jetliner plummets to the ground. Doomed passenger Liam Holbrook knows his death is inevitable, and upon impact, his world goes black. But then he regains consciousness. He assumes a miracle of survival until he discovers everything is different. Instead of a scene of disaster and mayhem, Liam awakens to a world of rolling green hills and swaying willows. Besides himself, the only other inhabitant he encounters is his recently-deceased grandfather, and through their reunion, Liam learns he is no longer alive.??After searching for answers to their whereabouts, they discover they are in a place that is not quite Heaven but far from Earth. When Liam learns of a way to communicate with the living, he is eager to speak with his wife, Victoria, to let her know that life exists beyond death and his love for her stays true. Yet time works differently in this place, and many years on Earth have already passed since Liam's death. His wife is moving on, into the arms of another. Hopefully for Liam, he can reach her before she's out of his life forever. Unbeknownst to him, however, that may have been the plan all along.
