If Barrett and his companions survive the Outerworld, they must return to Westmore to begin the Bureau's downfall. Yet, the task will be difficult since Elimar is nowhere to be found and Trishar is trapped in her house beneath the watchful eyes of Bureau Agents. Under the present rule of Grimes and Carick-men who demand total control and domination-the kingdom continues to decline. Nearly all magic users have fled, been imprisoned, or put to death. Yet the townsfolk still hold hope for the return of their king. Now, Barrett must use all his cunning and powers to free the city from the Bureau's grasp as he attempts to regain his throne and rebuild Westmore. Standing in his way are an evil wizard, mercenaries, Mystical Affairs, and Grimes himself, who has more secrets than anyone could have guessed.
