Synopsis

Dragon fire remade them—yet the coming storm may still shatter what remains. After surviving an encounter with a race long thought extinct, Serenna, Jassyn, Lykor, and their companions rise as druids, bearing a boon powerful enough to tip the balance of a dying world. To wield it, they must first master the power of Cinderax’s gift before setting their sights on the next imprisoned dragon—Skylash, chained within the Crackling Maw, where lightning devours the sky itself. But across the world, the king hasn’t been idle. His armies march through the newly uncovered realms, hunting the remaining dragons. If Skylash falls, her elemental might will belong to the crown. Her freedom becomes a desperate race against war, ruin, and a tempest gathering fast enough to imprison them all.
