Research biologist Jeffrey Dexter's experiments produce a creature capable of endless reproduction, yet lacking human reserve. Then he's murdered -- swept aside by the ruthless Multi-Man. Dexter No. 2 develops his plans: famous people are duplicated to nominate Dexter's Presidency in a new scientific era. Can Scotland Yard Detective Sergeant Hanbuy hold him back?
