Synopsis

Great adventures are often the task of noble knights, but when there are none to be found in the bucolic realm of Aurora, a young boy with a strong, adventurous spirit seeks to sow his own grand tale in the fields of his youth. For that boy, John Hortēnsius, questing is a pathway to revive the grandeur of yesteryear. It also presents an opportunity to help his parents, whose business has been struggling, keep a roof over their heads. But when John and his friends discover a mysterious string of hidden dead fields in Aurora, John's quest becomes more than a chance for honor; it becomes the only hope to save his realm from a dark evil that has eluded the greatest of adventurers.
