Synopsis

After being on the run for so long, I'd finally felt like I belonged, but it was a big, bloody lie. The vampires turned against me in a blink of an eye. As soon as I had the chance, I was leaving the vampire infested city . . . Except they wouldn't let me. Vampires owned, and these inhuman ones considered me theirs, so when a dead body looking exactly like me ended up on their doorstep, they were dead set on protecting me. Safety wasn't something I'd felt in a long time, and it threatened to addict me-they threatened to addict me. Everyone had a past, and my vampires had a dark one more extensive than I could have imagined-they wanted to keep me, but would their choice stay the same when their past came knocking?
