With all the time they've spent in Anthrops, Vera and her group have finally managed to leave those stuffy ways and find themselves in Bellcrest, a seaside kingdom known for its muscle and trade. They have to face a trial, a test of strength, to get the people on their side. Will they be able to beat the long prejudices and stigma through their strength alone? Or will they find everything stacked against them in the end? Meanwhile, Darius wasted no time following after them, but as he stepped into the outer towns of Bellcrest, he found something peculiar was going on. There's a force roaming the streets and the people are beyond cautious as children go missing with some coming back¿changed. Despite needing to keep his magic a secret from the people and his companion, he will do his best to get to the bottom of it. After all, a detour never hurt, right?
