The whole world has mysteriously fallen into a deep coma...and the only hope for mankind's survival rests upon the fragile alliance between dogs, cats and a few really tired teens. After staying up all night to finish his history paper, Kevin sees almost no one at school. He finds everyone sleeping peacefully—but no one is able to wake up! As if things weren’t crazy enough, he stumbles across a talking dog and cat on the way home. The two pets explain that they are searching for a way to save their masters from eternal sleep, and they need all the help they can get. Desperate to save his parents and friends, Kevin agrees to cooperate with them. But when they begin their investigation, they are warned of a great the forest animals are coming, and they intend to keep the humans asleep…for good.
