Synopsis

Ariadne Jones, a young, fierce witch on the run, finds herself in the small, unassuming town of Dern Hill, as she attempts to outrun her past and her coven. Her journey leads her to a local bar & grill owned by a down-on-his-luck man who is drowning in call-outs and debt. What starts as a quick stop to rest and refuel, quickly becomes an opportunity as Ariadne offers her service and in turn, is offered a job. With newfound financial security and the support of a few quirky locals, Ariadne begins to think that perhaps Dern Hill could be her sanctuary, a place to lay low and hide from her former coven. But peace is short-lived. Soon, grisly murders ripple through the town, casting a dark shadow over the provincial town. With a dark cloud looming over the town, and the body count on the rise, Ariadne reluctantly aligns herself with a motley crew of women who are despite to be Witches and a charming, blue-eyed Deputy Sheriff-Ariadne must delve deep into her magical abilities and rare gifts to unravel the mystery to protect her newfound home and family.
